We all know that the mining machinery industry began to recover after 2000,the enterprise get out of predicament of losses,welcome the development of historic opportunity.But our country ore machine industry technology foundation is weak at present,since the reform and opening,mining machinery industry as the main way of improve the product technical level by use taking market change technology.
It has already been the informaton times,including informatization has four characteristics , namely intelligent , electronic , globalization and the mass . Many industry has entered informatization now , of course ,mining machinery industry should also follow the era development steps and gradually towards intelligent direction,only do that can international standards.
With the social progress and development of national economy, humans demand in resources and energe is becoming more and more, while China is a country of poor resources in relative. Along with the exploitation of resources, mining depth is increasing gradually from land to sea,mining condition deteriorated, safety mining situation becomes more and more serious.
One pulleyon the shaft would receive the power from the a parent line shaft elsewhere in the building. The other pulleys would supply power to pulleys on each individual machine or to subsequent line shafts. In manufacturing where there were a large number of machines performing the same tasks, the design of the system was fairly regular and repeated. In other applications such as machine and wood shops where there was a variety of machines with different orientations and power requirements, the system would appear erratic and inconsistent with many different shafting directions and pulley sizes.
